1.Items that are stated PRE ORDER :
- Each has its own deadline.
- Need time to arrive to Malaysia. 3-4 weeks.DO NOT JOIN IF YOU CANT WAIT.
( Taiwan,Japan,Taiwan,Hongkong,China ).
- Please don't submit your order if you can't wait.
- Delivary of items may suffer from delay.Patience is virtue :).
- Please don't rush me when you can get the items.Its because delivery flows are not within my control :(
- I am not responsible with the quality of the material.Supplier has stated that all the clothes are normal quality.

2.Items that are stated AVAILABLE
- Prices are fixed :).
- Reservation is up to only 3 days only.
- Prices doesn't include shipping fees.

3.Restocked Issue
- I will do my best to restock items that customer needs :]

4.Refund matters
- Money will be fully refunded if the items are sold out/not available anymore :)
- Please give me your name and banking details.
- Apply to PRE ORDER status only :)

5.Backouts
- If you are really sure to backout,please tell me a.s.a.p.
- I really don't like backouts last minute.I consider it wasting my time.
- So please tell me before the deadline is over,i won't be mad ^^.

6.Mistakes Occurs
- Mistakes that are partially my fault:
- Wrong colors
- Wrong orders
- Wrong items
- I will be fully responsible for it :)
- Items will be replaced/refunded ( depends on the customers choice
- But i won't be responsible for any orders made by customers own mistakes. :)
- Example : Customer A wants a Blue top.I confirmed to her.And she said she confirmed.But when the items arrive,she complain to me that she wants a red top and claim to forgot to change her order

7. In case spree items kena tax,buyers must bear with it :)

8. Shipping
- I am not responsible with any items that are lost during shipping.
- However i will my very best to help if this situation occurs.
